Adjustable bottom sheets have made us save time and comfort when making the bed. However, we cannot say the same about its folding, which sometimes becomes a nightmare, especially if the adjustable one surrounds the entire perimeter of the sheet.

Folding bedding is not usually an easy or quick task, especially when we have to do it without having any help. In addition, the simplicity and speed with which we do it is directly proportional to the size of the set of sheets. It is not the same to bend an 80-centimeter piece than another of 1.20.

The top sheet is smooth and straight and usually does not pose a greater problem than trying to cover its size. The fitted sheet, if it is adjustable, is another story. It is not only a problem to fold it before storing it in the closet, but also the fact of having to hang it on the clothesline.

In the end, sometimes the task becomes so complicated that we end up making a ball that we flatten, iron and store in the closet.

However, with this trick, all those problems are numbered. You will get a result of ten in just a few minutes, you will even see how it also facilitates ironing.

The tutorial clearly explains the steps to follow for its correct and fast folding:

1.- With the tip of the finger we will have to match one end of the sheet inside the other until leaving the sheet in half. Then we must fold it again making the corners coincide again until leaving it in a room.

2.- Then the sheet is placed on the bed and all the corners are folded until a square shape is obtained.

3.- Now you just have to fold the sheet on itself until you get an elongated rectangular shape, in the form of a table runner.

4.- The last step is very simple and magical. We will fold that strip until we get a square, putting the last one inside the elastic. In this way we will get a package or pocket.

As we said, ironing will become an option with this method, since being perfectly folded it will hardly wrinkle. If we still want to give it a touch of ironing, at the end of the package we will only have to exert a little pressure with the iron on top of the package.
