Singer Stevie Wonder, 71, is in full swing for the opening of a luxurious mansion in the Bel Air Crest area, for which he shelled out $13,850,000.

The property, which since 2013 belonged to the millionaire Arab prince Mohammed bin Faisal bin Saud Al Saud, has all the luxuries and comforts we can imagine.

The operation was completed on December 14, however, it was not until days later that it was announced that the interpreter of 'Send One Your Love' was the new owner.

Before it passed into the hands of Stevie Wonder, the imposing property was rented for $75 thousand dollars a month, since the prince did not usually spend much time there, so he chose to make the most of his investment.

According to the technical file, released by various specialized media in the sale of real estate, the residence, which dates from 2009 and is Tuscan in style, has 19,593 square feet of extension, with 11 bedrooms and with 15 bathrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, family room, office, library, bar, wine cellar for 2,550 bottles, laundry room, elevator, terraces, garage for three cars, among other rooms.

Outside, on its 0.58-acre lot, it has a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, and a jacuzzi, among other amenities.

In addition to attracting attention for its rooms and amenities, the residence also stands out for its privacy and security, as it is located in a gated and guarded community, as well as for the famous residents who have passed through the area, such as the case of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Stevie Wonder also owns two homes in the Hollywood Hills; an estate in Alpine, New Jersey; as well as commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley.
