IMSS advised to be careful for low temperatures in the state and in Ciudad Juárez
The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in Chihuahua advised the population to be careful, especially with the elderly, due to the low temperatures recorded in the state and in Ciudad Juárez.

The medical link of the Headquarters of Medical Benefits, Arturo Talamas Terrazas, said through an official bulletin, which this winter season.
He indicated that among the conditions that are being treated are pneumonia, bronchitis and acute respiratory infections (Iras), that if they are not treated properly they can generate serious diseases, affecting the lungs and ears.
The doctor stressed that adults over 60 are more likely to suffer respiratory infections during winter."This sector of the population usually has chronic evils, such as arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, ischemic diseases of the heart, brain and osteoarthritis, which keep their immune system vulnerable," he explained.
For this reason, he recommended self -care, and if they are dependent on other people, it is necessarydirect entry of it through the mouth and nose.
