The Nation ask to go to the hospital in case of insect bites to avoid complications

The director of the XVIII Sanitary Region, Robert Núñez, said Monday that insect bites usually occur frequently in the country and stressed that the recommendation in these cases is to go to a health center to avoid possible complications.

“Many times there are reactions related to bites, it depends on each person and the base disease.The recommendation is always to attend a closer care center and usually do not have the effects to produce something lethal, ”Núñez said in communication with universe 970 am.

He argued that the most frequent are snake bites and stressed that the necessary antidotes are had for these cases.He explained that of every 100 spider bites, one is usually lethal.On the case in the city of Luque he said it is very particular.

Núñez indicated that the medical history of the deceased person in the city of Luque should be analyzed by the spider bite known as the "black widow" and the reactions he could have, which ended up causing the death of man.
