"The best boss in the world": give away 200,000 pesos and two plane tickets to each of her employees

Emotional and tearful was the moment starring Sara Blakely, CEO and founder of the American underwear company Spanx. It all happened after the businesswoman announced to her employees that she would give them two first-class plane tickets and $10,000 to spend on their trip, that is, the equivalent of about 200,000 Mexican pesos.

"Behind the scenes, @spanx tells employees (some live, some on zoom) about the sale and the partnership with Blackstone. It was an emotional announcement filled with tears of joy as we recognized how far we've come" , wrote the creator of Spanx on her Instagram account.

After what has been achieved in 21 years of history, the place was filled with emotion due to the great achievements of the company. However, the tears were truly unleashed when Blakely surprised all of her employees with an all-expense-paid trip to wherever they wanted in the world.

"The tears really started to flow when I surprised everyone with 2 first class @delta plane tickets to anywhere in the world and $10,000 cash to spend on the trip," she continued.

In the video published through their social networks, you can see the gestures of reaction to the great news that their employees received after years of hard work. The video reached more than 860,000 views on Instagram and, of course, Sara was recognized by thousands of people, since few people invest in her employees like she does.
