Hispanic landlord was arrested for entering his tenant's room to smell her underwear

A woman who suspected her landlord of entering her home, including her daughter's bedroom to sniff her underwear, installed security cameras and confirmed the atrocity.

Jorge Orellana-Arias, the victim's landlord in East Haven, Connecticut, was arrested for robbery on July 23. The Hispanic was accused of entering his tenant's apartment, when she went to work, and of sniffing her panties.

The woman told police that she had long suspected Orellana-Arias of entering her bedroom, including her daughter's, and checking her clothing, including her bras and panties.

Concerned about the clues she had, she decided to increase the security of her house, with new locks, but nothing stopped the pervert.

The tenant closed one entrance, but Orellana-Arias used another door to get in, so she decided to install hidden cameras throughout her house, including her bedrooms, to prove someone was breaking in when no one was home.

According to WFSB, the video shows Orellana-Arias entering the victim's apartment through a side door, going into the bedrooms, looking at women's underwear and holding it to her nose, apparently in an effort to smell it.

The victim told police that on at least one occasion, Orellana-Arias entered her apartment while her daughter was home alone. When she saw her she was shocked and ran away.

The East Haven Police Department Investigative Services Division reviewed the evidence and ultimately issued a warrant for his arrest. The Hispanic was arrested without violence and was charged with third degree robbery.

Alabama is looking for another pervert

Police searched the home of a man suspected of assaulting an Alabama woman and found more than 400 pairs of women's panties.

Investigators also found dozens of photos of John Thomas Uda's co-workers taken without their permission. The frames are from the neck down, for which 50 counts of voyeurism have been laid, Dothan police said.

Uda, 27, is also charged with attempted rape, three counts of robbery, aggravated criminal surveillance and two counts of unlawful possession of a credit card.

Police are trying to find out how many of those 400 used women's items might have been stolen. The researchers recalled that used panties are offered for sale on the internet.

“We have a theory that some were purchased online because there is a market for it,” Dothan police Lt. Scott Owens said.
