The cold in Galicia, the perfect excuse to show off your style

We Galicians have a perfect wardrobe for windy and rainy days, we don't usually use gloves much, but hats, classic scarves and, lately, colorful socks, usually accompany our daily outfits on those days when we have to wrap up more.

Knitwear, whether ribbed, cable knit or other shapes, is even worn on pants, cashmere is back and vests are on trend this 2021 and it is, thanks to this fashion coming from catwalks around the world and that stylists recommend, that we feel tremendously comfortable when temperatures drop.

Leaving home first thing in the morning to work does not catch us off guard, we are more than used to being prepared for what may happen, an umbrella is essential here, if it is not used at noon it can be very necessary in the afternoon, as well that together with the car keys, the bag and a good jacket, we Galicians complement each other with a series of articles that, depending on the temperature, will be used throughout the day.

Trends can be applied at any age, from the youngest, with the radar always on so as not to lose sight of what to wear and how to wear it, to grandparents, the first to put on layers of clothing to go outside when the cold press.

As for formal and informal styling, there is no way to mix comfort and formality, since wearing a suit to an office is not at odds with giving it a touch with a rain hat or a chubby wool scarf, according to the keys it's from the season.

More and more boys wear boots with fur inside, turned into a trend by girls as a solution against the cold. They are perfect to combine with dresses or pants, and there is a wide variety of models for men as well, becoming one of the most sought-after accessories to be part of the usual outfit.
