EL NUEVO DIARIO, SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS.– The young Nicole Cepeda, daughter of the last prisoner Fausto Francisco Capellán Guillén in the Juan Pablo Duarte fortress of this city, assured this Wednesday that she has convincing evidence that points to a former control of that prison as the person who had his father assassinated.
Cepeda affirms that her father was ordered to be killed by a certain Luis Rodríguez, who was the one who controlled that prison and who was recently transferred to another prison. She accuses prison officials of having acted in complicity with Rodríguez.
The authorities of the Juan Pablo Duarte fortress delivered to the relatives of the deceased inmate Capellán Guillén a suitcase containing the deceased's belongings.

The family showed that the suitcase contained clothes, shoes, and other objects, and that it contained several bullet wounds, which it is presumed received at the time that Capellán Guillén was killed inside his cell. Under tears, the relatives showed the press the inside of the suitcase.
The young Cepeda indicated that for the moment she has only been given clothes belonging to her father, but the valuables and the money that she had have not been given to her.
She also said that so far they have not given her an explanation of what happened in the incident that caused her father to lose his life.
Let us remember that Capellán Guillén was shot dead last Sunday in a riot registered within the aforementioned prison, at the hands of inmate Jesús Manuel Doli de la Cruz, alias Manuelcito.
