When crime walks through private sites
At least three recent robberies in shopping centers and one more to a recreational one, this last one in the district of Salgar, are one of the evidences that crime, little by little, would be permeating these places in Barranquilla and its metropolitan area .
The thefts mentioned above have something in common: they were carried out at gunpoint and in a matter of seconds. Some of them were recorded in security camera videos and others in the minds of both victims and perpetrators, or perhaps in footage that was not leaked to the public light.
The truth is that as a result of this problem, EL HERALDO consulted with the public, a director of these places, another of the private security companies and the Metropolitan Police to find out, from their mouths, how the cases occurred and the measures they have taken so that the events do not happen again.
